HEAD START CALF SUPPLEMENT
A good calf feeding program begins
within minutes of a newborn calf’s

level (20%) of fat reduces the tendency
for scouring and homogenization of fat

Calf Powder is included in our milk
replacer to provide a constant supply
of beneficial species specific bacteria,
live cell yeast, and host-specific immune
factors that aid in optimizing the health
of your calves now and at weaning. New
mixing technology allows the milk powder
particles to absorb water and drop into

Protocol Calf Starter is professionally
formulated to meet the nutritional requirements
of calves from around day 3 of life
through weaning. This highly palatable,
texturized feed is designed for increased
weight gain in dairy and beef replacement
heifers and pasture cattle. It includes
60gm/ton of Lasalocid for the control
of coccidiosis. Texturized grains, high
quality protein sources, molasses products,
and vitamins and minerals are all included
to provide a complete nutritional, palatable
daily diet for your young replacement
animals.

PROTOCOL IMMU-BAC
PASTE AND POWDER
Protocol Immu-Bac products are designed
to serve as a source of viable (live),
selected host-specific bacteria, host-specific
immune factors, and vitamin E. Protocol
Immu-Bac Calf Powder is a companion
product to Protocol Immu-Bac Paste.
While the paste serves as a concentrated
initial inoculation of specific lactic
acid producing bacteria in addition
to immune factors, live cell yeast,
and vitamin E, Protocol Immu-Bac Calf
Powder is intended for a very economical,
longer term benefit to calves by keeping
a constant supply of viable beneficial
bacteria in the newly functioning rumen
and small intestine. The most beneficial
times to use Protocol Immu-Bac Paste
is at birth and again at weaning, combined
with Protocol Immu-Bac Calf Powder in
the milk or milk replacer, and as a
feed additive in the starter ration.
The paste is also very beneficial during
periods of stress such as after antibiotic
treatments or during shipping or heat
stresses.
Protocol Immu-Bac Paste is available
in 60cc and 300cc tubes.
